Happy Summer Friends! We apologize for our lack of new recipes. We have been traveling a TON (which is great) but we are so happy to be home and back in the kitchen!

We are thrilled to share one of our favorite summer recipes with you on National Lobster Day!  Pan Seared Scallops with Parmesan Risotto and Lobster Sauce. We have to warn you, it might be a bit tricky to make but it is SO worth it.

Recipe: Shrimp Etouffee

You can make any weeknight dinner feel like a special occasion with Creole Style Shrimp Étouffée. We love this dish because it is so hearty and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of kick. 

Étouffée is a french word meaning "smothered".  To make it, you literally smother the veggies and shrimp (or shellfish of your choice), with the rich creamy sauce

Recipe: Kani Salad

Growing up, my dad and I had a slightobsession with Japanese food (and still do).  We've never said no to a sushi night! From top rated restaurants like Nobu in NY to hole in the wall, all-you-can-eat hidden gems, we've tried it all!  

While I know it is not authentic Japanese food, I am not ashamed to admit that Kani Salad is one of my favorite Japanese restaurant appetizer.  Made with only a few ingredients, this salad could not be easier to throw together!

Spring has finally arrived and we are welcoming the warm weather with open arms!  Spring is wonderful for so many reasons, especially when it comes to food. We adore working with fresh and colorful fruits and veggies when creating new recipes. From the colorful cabbage to the fresh mango - these Fish Tacos are the epitome of a spring recipe.
