Toasted Ravioli is a dish that was made famous in St. Louis. As a STL native, this is one of Alec's favorite treats! Every time we visit we aren't in town 24 hours before devouring a batch.
These squares of perfection are typically made using meat filled ravioli. Despite it's name, "toasted" raviolis are actually breaded and deep fried :) For this recipe we used mini meat filled ravioli to create the perfect party appetizer.
